How we help

Help with the day-to-day impact, not just the medical label

Most people do not arrive looking for a job title. They arrive because work is hard, thinking is slow, and nobody has given them a usable plan.

First

Quick screening

Free short screening form (and optional call if needed). Checks whether we are the right place, and whether anything needs urgent medical care first.

See if we can help

Main step

In-depth assessment

In-depth assessment from £320–£450. The main paid entry point for most people.

You get

  • 60–90 minutes focused on real life, not just a symptom checklist
  • Written recommendations you can actually follow
  • Ideas for talking to work or university if needed
  • Clear next step (or a clear “not us”)

If useful

Short recovery plan

Short recovery programme (typically 4–6 sessions) quoted after assessment. Only offered after assessment.

Often covers

  • Energy and “boom and bust”
  • Screen and meeting load
  • Staged return to work or study
  • Check-ins so the plan stays realistic

Who actually runs this?

Steadyline is led by specialist occupational therapy. In plain English: clinicians trained to help you do the things that make up your life (work, study, home, routines) when health problems get in the way. We are not a replacement for your GP, A&E, neurologist, physio, or psychologist. When another type of clinician should lead, we say so.

What we will not claim

  • Guaranteed recovery or fixed timelines
  • That we replace A&E, your GP, or other specialists
  • NHS endorsement
  • Made-up success percentages

Next step

Not sure if this is for you? Start with a short screening.

Tell us what is still hard. We will say whether we can help, or point you somewhere better.

We aim to respond within one business day.

No hard sell. If you need a different kind of help first, we will say so.
