After concussion & mild head injury · London

Still foggy, exhausted, or struggling at work after a head injury?

When a head injury still gets in the way of work, study, and everyday life. We help you build a clear, paced plan to get back to the parts of life that matter, without guessing.

We aim to respond within one business day.

If this sounds familiar

Screens wipe you out. Work takes twice the effort. You are not ‘yourself’ yet.

What you leave with

A practical plan for energy, concentration, and easing back into normal life.

What we are not

Not A&E. Not a diagnosis clinic. Not a vague wellness programme.

The problem we solve

The scan was fine. You were discharged. Life still is not.

After a mild head injury, many people are told to rest and wait. Weeks later they are still wiped out by a normal day, struggling with screens, meetings, parenting, or study, and unsure how hard to push.

Steadyline is for that middle stretch: when you need more than a leaflet, but you do not need (or cannot access) a big hospital rehab programme.

  • Pacing so you stop boom-and-bust cycles
  • Managing mental load at work or university
  • A staged way back to hours, duties, and routines
  • Knowing when another specialist should step in

Is this for you?

Be honest about fit. We will be too.

Who this is for

  • You had a concussion or mild head injury and still do not feel right
  • Work, study, screens, or conversations wipe you out
  • You need a practical plan to ease back into normal life, not another leaflet
  • A GP, occupational health team, or clinician suggested specialist support for day-to-day function

Who this is not for

  • You need emergency or same-day medical care (go to A&E / call emergency services)
  • You need inpatient rehabilitation after a severe brain injury
  • You mainly need mental health therapy with no day-to-day function goals
  • You only need a court / medicolegal expert report (not offered at launch)
  • Your main problem is spinning dizziness and you need vestibular physio first (we can help you find that path)

How it works

Three steps. No package shop.

We check safety and fit first. Then we map what is hard in real life. Only then do we suggest a short programme, if it will actually help.

Writing a simple plan on paper

01

Quick screening

What happened, what is still hard, and any warning signs. We confirm fit or point you elsewhere.

Quiet morning work with a laptop

02

In-depth assessment

We look at energy, concentration, work or study demands, and daily routines. You leave with a written plan.

03

Short recovery plan

Usually a few sessions: pacing, mental load, and a staged return to the things you need to do.

Who actually runs this?

Specialist support for real life, not jargon first

Steadyline is led by specialist occupational therapy. In plain English: clinicians trained to help you do the things that make up your life (work, study, home, routines) when health problems get in the way. We are not a replacement for your GP, A&E, neurologist, physio, or psychologist. When another type of clinician should lead, we say so.

Next step

Not sure if this is for you? Start with a short screening.

Tell us what is still hard. We will say whether we can help, or point you somewhere better.

We aim to respond within one business day.

No hard sell. If you need a different kind of help first, we will say so.
